Pickleball is here!
Posted on Aug 9th, 2023
Hello Neighbors,

Weather permitting, we will have Court 3 marked for pickleball on Wednesday, 8/9/23.  Back-up date is Thursday, 8/10/23.  The courts have been closed on those dates to allow the vendor to perform the work and for the paint to dry.

Pickleball nets are scheduled to arrive Thursday or Friday.  We will provide a quick update to let you know when the nets are there and pickleball reservations can be made.

With respect to reservations, please note the following changes:

  • Court 3 has been marked to support both tennis and pickleball.  Two pickleball games may be reserved for play on court 3 simultaneously.
  • With the dual-purpose use of the court, reservations will now be handled on the Reserve My Court system which you may access directly or via  woodstock-knoll.com website.
  • You will need to set up a member account on Reserve My Court and request access to the Woodstock Knoll Club in order to book the courts.  This may take some time to process approvals so please sign-up asap.  No reservations will be transferred from the old system, so if you had any set-up you will need to rebook them under Reserve My Court.
  • Tennis players should reserve Courts 1 and 2 if available, leaving Court 3 open for Pickleball usage.  If Courts 1 and 2 are booked, Tennis may be reserved on Court 3 if it is open.
  • Pickleball nets are on wheels and will need to be moved into location prior to play.  Pickleball nets should be moved off to the side of the court once your reservation has concluded.
The Tennis Rules and Regulations are now updated to include Pickleball.  Please ensure you know and follow the association Rules and Regulations.
